These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TubePilot AI ("Software"), a Windows application developed by Mohsin Abbas ("Licensor", "we"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use TubePilot AI on Windows devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and any applicable Microsoft Store purchase terms.
Acceptable use
- You must comply with YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- You may not use the Software for fake views, subscribers, likes, or artificial engagement.
- You may not reverse engineer or redistribute the Software without written permission.
- You are responsible for all content you upload through the Software.
Third-party services
The Software uses Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API v3. Your use of Google and YouTube services is subject to Google's terms. Optional AI features may use OpenAI if you provide an API key.
No guarantee of results
TubePilot AI helps manage uploads and provides analytics and growth tools. We do not guarantee views, subscribers, ranking, monetization, or channel growth.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
